Make your voice heard
City staff provide services to residents through digital and paper tools, from online dashboards to paper tools. We need to understand how residents use these tools to know how to improve them.
South Bend User Experience (SB UX) collects resident feedback to make these improvements! SB UX testers provide feedback through SB UX tests.
How it works
During tests, City staff observe how you use an existing tool or prototype. Then, we update the tool based on your feedback and other testers’ feedback.
We’ll let you know how your feedback helped us and also compensate you for your time. As a tester, you’ll also learn more about how City services work and the tools we use!
