Redevelopment Authority

The South Bend Redevelopment Authority was created as an instrument of the City of South Bend to finance local public improvements for lease to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission.

The Authority meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 10:30 a.m. as needed. Meetings are usually held in the conference room on the 13th floor of the County City Building.

Appointed by the Mayor, the three members of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority are:

  • Mr. Richard Klee, President
  • Mr. Anthony Fitts, Vice President
  • Ms. Erin Hanig, Secretary-Treasurer
