State of the City 2013
"No city made up of the kind of people we are, that's been through what we've been through and built what we've built and lost what we've lost and seen what we've seen and made what we've made and recovered from what we recovered from… no such city can fail unless we let it. The state of our city rests on old strength and new hope, and we have everything it takes to open the next chapter in South Bend's story."
