Mayor Luecke's 2010 State of the City address
2009 was the most challenging year economically for our city since Studebaker closed its doors. Nevertheless, we have set the stage for growth and development. This speech will highlight our accomplishments, the reasons for optimism in 2010 along with the challenges we face and some Big Ideas we are pursuing to adapt positively to change.
