South Bend Heritage Foundation, Inc. (SBHF)

Housing Assistance Office (HAO)

The Housing Assistance Office provides mortgage subsidies for new construction in the City of South Bend.  HAO also has funds available for areas outside the City of South Bend.  Call 574.233.9305 for a list of current programs.

Habitat for Humanity
