CDBG-HOME-Emergency Shelter Grant: These are entitlement funds that come to the city annually from the U.S. Department of housing and Urban Development (HUD). The programs these funds support must benefit low to moderate income persons or areas.
Neighborhood Resources Corp (NRC) Grant: These NRC grants for special projects by developing and established neighborhood groups and/or neighborhood organizations in the City of South Bend are not yet available.
