What to do if your water has been shut off: 

• Pay the entire past due amount of the utility bill.
  • The bill cannot be paid on line.
  • You must pay the bill at our Customer Service Office at 125 West Colfax Avenue.
  • Cash and money orders are only accepted for the shut off amount plus the $19.00 trip and reconnect charge.
    • If the total bill is paid, the $19 charge is waived.
• Call 574.235.9236 to schedule a water service turn on. 
  • All water service turn ons are scheduled for the next business day. 
  • An adult must be present at the house for the turn on.
• A homeowner may sign a water service turn on waiver. 
  • The waiver is available for download* or at our customer service office. 
  • The waiver must be returned in person to our customer service office to schedule a turn on.
