• Use a MasterCard or Visa Credit/Debit card at Utilities Online. 
• There is no additional fee for this service.
• Please note: All payments are still due on the date indicated on the utility bill.
• Automatic Bank Draft 
• Download an application for Automatic Bank Draft bill payment*
• Or pick up an automatic bank draft application at the South Bend Water Works Customer Service office.

• May be placed in the night drop box at the South Bend Water Works Customer Service Office.  Payment will be applied to your account the next business day.

Additional Payment Information:

• Starter or counter checks will not be accepted for payments at any time. 
• We will not accept payments for shut off accounts left in the night drop box or mail unless a money order is used.
