The City shall charge the owner or occupant of each occupied residence within the City for collection and disposal of residential refuse according to the following schedule:

• One-family dwelling: $8.80 per month.
• Senior rate: $5.50 per month.
• Two-family dwelling*: $13.80 per month.
• Three-family dwelling*: $18.80 per month.
• Four-family dwelling*: $23.80 per month.

Additional City containers are available for a one (1) year lease at $5.00 each per month, in addition to the base rate.

*With one water meter.
