  Animal Bites

Animals that bite people or other animals must be quarantined a minimum of ten days.  Location of the quarantine is dependent upon the circumstances of the bite.

If your pet is involved in a bite situation, call us at 574.235.9303 to file a bite report.  We handle hundreds of bite reports annually.

Wild animals that bite cannot be quarantined regardless of vaccination status or state permits.

We do NOT recommend the ownership of wild animals as pets.
