Regular meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers located on the 4th floor of the County-City Building (northeast corner of Lafayette and Jefferson in downtown South Bend).

The deadline for filing proposed ordinances and resolutions is noon on the Wednesday before the Council meeting. Such filings are made with the Office of the City Clerk located in Room 455 of the County-City Building. Agendas and Minutes of all regular and special Council meetings may be obtained by the links above, or from the City Clerk's Office.
