A revolution is taking place in South Bend. University-based research, especially at the University of Notre Dame and the Indiana University School of Medicine at South Bend, is leading to discoveries with the potential to create new products and jobs.

To support and nurture these efforts, the City of South Bend has collaborated with Notre Dame on a two-site, state-certified technology park. The first site, Innovation Park, is on 12 acres across the street from the Notre Dame campus.

Innovation Park connects innovators, market experts and capital providers to transform innovations into viable marketplace ventures, offering a state-of-the-art facility, wet and dry labs, conference rooms, office suites and exceptional client services for start-ups and businesses.
