The City has land available in the 36-acre Oliver Industrial Park located off State Road 23 just southwest of downtown. The Park is the culmination of a three year redevelopment undertaken by the City and the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. These organizations partnered to bring an old vacant factory complex into the 21st Century through demolition, environmental cleanup, and construction of new infrastructure Focus on Oliver. The Park symbolizes the vision that the City has for the entire Studebaker/Oliver Project Area: The revitalization of vacant dinosaur properties into parcels that will be home to thriving businesses for years to come

The Park currently has four to five available development parcels ranging in size from 3.5 acres to over 10 acres, depending on layout.
